Office of the Superintendent

I am honored and excited to serve as the new Superintendent of Schools for SAU 23, Bath,

Benton, Haverhill, Piermont, and Warren. Five different communities, and each community

demonstrates a strong commitment to the schools and students, and embraces the belief that

schools bring communities together.

I recognize and appreciate the excellent work that has been done and is ongoing in SAU 23 schools

under the leadership of the previous Superintendent, Laurie Melanson. I aim to build on

this good work to provide schools where students continue to thrive.

To achieve my goal this first year, I will listen and learn. I am eager to hear from students,

educators, staff, parents, and community members to understand your hopes, aspirations, and

any concerns for our schools. I welcome your input and perspectives.
